Last weekend I photographed Darlene and Ed’s wedding on the Jersey Shore. After a monsoon the night before the weather was beautiful for their big day. Darlene beamed the entire day, it was absolutely infectious. The wedding itself was so gorgeous and so well planned that I felt like a kid in a candy store. Ed and Darlene, thank you for sharing your wedding day with me. It was exquisite.

It’s been over a year since I traveled to Mexico for a wedding but it is one of my favorite destination wedding spots. Jennifer and Daniel’s wedding isn’t until the late fall but I’m already looking forward to it. Jennifer’s mom, Nancy, sent me their wedding invitation and I had to blog it. It’s so clever and creative! It’s a mini passport and it contains all the wedding details along with details about Daniel and Jennifer’s courtship, which I thought was very sweet and especially nice for me because I haven’t met them yet!

I’m not sure how I got so lucky. I have the best couples! Darlene and Ed are intelligent, sweet, well traveled, and fun!! I traveled from the city to the Jersey Shore to photograph their engagement session. I can’t wait for the wedding next week. Aren’t they adorable together??

Neal and Maggie recently booked me for their wedding this fall in Princeton, New Jersey. Last weekend I had the chance to get together with them and shoot an engagement session in Manhattan. I had such a wonderful time photographing them and seeing how beautiful and tender they are together. I can’t wait for the wedding!

I was at a photography convention and I discovered these proof boxes and I fell in love! I am debuting them for Lauren and Doug’s wedding that I shot in Upstate New York June 6. The boxes will be used to deliver photo proofs. I love that I can customize them with a photo from the wedding and that they are high capacity (this one holds 800 photos!). This is my first one and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. Hopefully Lauren and Doug love it too!

One of the highlight of my year was Cary and Karen’s beautiful fall wedding in Pittsfield, Vermont. I love traveling to Vermont, especially in the fall! After meeting Cary and Karen in Manhattan for their engagement session I knew the wedding was going to be amazing and I was not disappointed. The ladies at the Riverside Farm were so wonderful and accommodating. Defintely check them out if you are considering having your wedding in Vermont.
